Avocado Salad

Avocado salad is a favorite here. Just ripe avocados and fetta over capsicum, tomato cucumber and spanish onion tossed with crunchy spinach with our home made honey mustard vinegarette. Absolutely delicious accompanied with schnitzel or grilled chicken breast, a must have for any plate.
